Acne - Anxiety - Depression - Puberty - Hormones - Sleep Disturbances 
Teenagers are moody, erratic,  impulsive, risk takers and often get frustrated with situations and themselves.  This is all down to an underdeveloped frontal lobe, which doesn't mature until the age of 25.   Many parents see this behaviour as being difficult and often conflict will arise due to the frustration of everyday situations.  These anatomical changes only exacerbates the development years of a Teenager were hormones, puberty, physiological changes and the social pressure to succeed leads many down the road to anxiety and as a result other mental health illnesses can arise. ​
