Maternity Reflexology
Pre-Conception - Maternity - Postnatal Care
The sessions are gentle and calm with the aim to put 'mum to be' in a deep state of relaxation. You have the option of sitting in a zero gravity chair propped or a up a bed (lying sideways) depending on how far along you are. When preparing woman for labour we use a slightly different techniques to help mum and baby onto their new venture together.

Lymphedema - Circulation - Toxins
A gentle treatment of the hands and feet working with the lymphatic reflexes to reduce the effects of lymphedema. Lymph fluid is gradually reduced as the circulation increases. Treatments are finished with relaxation techniques to help reduce anxiety and stress caused by the condition.

Children's Reflexology

Babies - Toddler - Junior - Teens
Children can sit on mum or dads lap during their session. Older children have the option on sitting on a zero gravity chair or massage bed, which ever is more appropriate for the child.
