Before You Arrive
Once you have booked your appointment existing clients will be asked to complete a risk assessment form and new clients a Consultation Form. This form must be completed accurately to ensure safety and protection for all who come after you and immediate family. A new risk assessment form must be completed before each treatment.
Upon Arrival |
Please leave all belongings in your car were possible. If you have arrived on foot, personal belongings, including shoes and bags are to be left outside in the designated area.
Please arrive promptly and on your own, no more than 5 mins before your appointment time, unless you are accompanying a child or someone with a disability. This is to ensure there are no distancing issues between clients.
When you arrive at the cabin please remain outside until I open the gate.
Payment
Cash and Card Payments only. I do not accept bank transfers.
Personal Protection (PPE)
Before entering the cabin you will be asked to sanitise your hands.
You are welcome to bring your own mask. However, if you forget or prefer a disposable I will have on hand should you need one.
The Cabin |
The treatment room location has changed and a new spacious room created to limit exposure and create an environment where air can flow freely. This room has been stripped of all none essential items limiting surface exposure, doors to the outside may be left open.
Your treatment chair will be covered with washable sheets and towels, which will be changed after each use.
Unfortunately I'm unable to snuggle you up in a nice comfy blanket. I do however have extra towels should you need that extra comfort.
TIME TO RELAX.....zzzzzzzzz.....
Aftercare
After your session you may become very thirsty. I will be reducing the use of glasses and jugs in the cabin so it would be helpful if you can bring your own bottle with you.
Toilet Facilities
Please use the bathroom before you arrive for your appointment. In the case of emergencies you are of course welcome to use the facilities here, however, you will be escorted out through the front door instead of the cabin door . This is only a temporary measure to ensure the safety of my family, who will all be at home during the summer.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the new practice guidelines please do get in contact. We will try our very best to accommodate everyone.
